JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct field studies such as activity observations and standard time analyses to standardize production processes and operations

• Record standardized processes using lean production methods and mathematical calculations

• Perform line balancing, 5S, and internal logistics calculations to establish new production lines and create single-piece flow

• Develop and improve Pull and Kanban systems

• Increase machine efficiency using methods such as SMED, OEE, and SOCT

• Conduct waste walks and trigger new kaizens

• Coordinate and monitor kaizen activities

• Optimize production operations in accordance with takt time by identifying bottlenecks in the value stream and creating solutions

• Conduct capacity studies

• Carry out JIT (Just in Time) and inventory reduction activities

• Standardize and improve indirect processes

• Define KPIs for production and indirect processes and ensure their follow-up

• Prepare reports and presentations when necessary

• Collaborate periodically with a lean production consultant

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)

• Preferably knowledgeable or experienced in Lean Manufacturing and the Toyota Production System

• Preferably at least 3 years of production experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good command of English, able to conduct research and read technical resources

• For male candidates, military service must be completed

• Result-oriented, practical, and able to follow up effectively

Salary Range:

• Entry-level: 40,000 TL

• 2+ years of experience: 45,000 TL

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our production department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes, be proficient in using measuring instruments, able to read technical drawings, perform chuck and tool adjustments, and have programming knowledge of the FANUC operating system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments

• Adaptable to shift work

• Skilled in chuck/tool setup and familiar with FANUC CNC programming

Salary:

• A minimum salary of 41,000 TL will be offered to candidates meeting the requirements, with the possibility of a higher amount depending on qualifications.
