INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR GEOTHERMAL COUPLERS

1- Long type EF Coupler for insulating pipe

2- Calculate the touching zone of coupler and mark on the pipe

3- To remove the oxide layer scrape the pipe surface

4- Clean the area that you was scraped before with an appropriate chemical. (Trichloroethone or alcohol)

5- Insert the coupler on the one side of the pipe

6- Weld the steel pipes by using electrical welding

7- After electrical welding slide the coupler to the other side

8- Make the electrofusion welding

9-  Fill the insulating material from the hole of the coupler and fit the cap on the coupler
